Which Crystals are Best for Your Zodiac Sign?

People love working with the stones that are connected with their zodiac sign, but choosing the best crystals for your sign is not as simple as you may first think…

When it comes to crystals for the signs of the zodiac, there is much debate and confusion over which stones connect to which particular signs and why. There are several different methods for choosing the stones that are best for each sign, but one of the simplest (and my personal favorite!) is to choose stones based on their elemental correspondences.

Each Zodiac sign is related to one of the four elements: earth, air, fire, or water.  Each element has properties that influence the personality traits of its associated sign. The elements represent the four creative energies of the universe.  Each of them is associated with certain healing stones based on their respective properties and energies.  These crystals enhance the positive attributes associated with your Zodiac sign, and can balance the negative aspects of that sign.

For example, if you’re a Taurus and you would like to enhance abundance in your life, you may choose to wear or carry an Emerald stone.

However, if you've been faced with some of the less-than-glamorous aspects of your sign (like Sagittarius' notorious fiery temper), you may choose to carry or wear a stone of the opposing element in order to balance this energy.  Based on this example, a Sagittarius may wear or carry a Water element crystal to balance the negative aspects of their fire sign.
