God’s word for you today is taken from the book of Jeremiah 6 verse 16

Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. God wants us to be conscious of the paths we take in life. Sometimes we actually have to stand still, take a look at the options before us, and ask God which way we should go. It's better to take these lengths to ensure we are walking in the right way, than to rush ahead and make a ton of mistakes.
