1. Stressor : To reach the goal in between after reaching the deadend you might stress out and take a break and then again trying hard to reach the goal. Finally you might reach near to the goal with lots of breaks.
Ask yourself "Is this really the more sustainable way to live your life ?"
2. Dabbler : After taking massive start up action after reaching the deadend you might give up the goal. You might take new action once again from beginning. You might reach your goal after so many time restarts.
You can't achieve your big goals on time because you constantly restarting new in a hope may be one day you will make it.
3. Achiever: After meeting the deadend the achiever won't stress out nor give up. They will do follow.
1. STOP ; 2. Reconnect with the big reason that's actually driving you to achieve this goal ; 3. Find the mentor who already gone through the same path and achieved this goal .4. Ask the mentor and get the suggestions what to stop and what to start ; 5. Take action accordingly;
So wherever the deadend comes achiever repeats this 5 steps and quickly achieve big goals easily and also successfully.
The difference of achiever is following the footsteps of the people who have been there before.
