We will have Pirate Jonny's Rubs and Sesonings on tonight to talk about their award winning line of products.  We have tried these products and were very impressed.  They are a welcomed break from the overly sweet competition BBQ we are forced to cook every weekend.

Our other guest tonight is Bill Tanner, pitmaster of B&T Cook Team.  B&T has had a very solid 2011 BBQ season taking both RGC and GC at the Best of the Best Invitational and Open.  They followed that up with another GC at the FBA Triple Crown Invitational.  Bill is a great guy and we are very fortuante to have him as a guest tonight.
