On the palate, the CYPB proof performs admirably. A flush of oak spice, followed by cinnamon butter, and a touch of tropical fruit due to the relatively young age. Sweet and spicy balance, young, but showing poise and depth. The epitome of a daily drinker and a perfect old-fashioned.
