John Cooper and Herman Mihalich are trying to revive the Keystone State’s rye whiskey heritage with their Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey, distilled in an old woolen mill near the banks of the Delaware River in Bristol, Pennsylvania.
