Where there is a lack of trust, doubt appears.
When there is doubt, fear appears.
With doubt and fear, a wish for control and change appears.
And a person who engages in control and the changing of circumstances, nature, animals, and other humans is a person who inevitably engages in wrongdoing.
By wrongdoing, a person distances themselves from stability, peace, health, and themselves.
And when we’ve distanced ourselves from all that — and most of us have — trust that all is as it should be, and that all that is happening is happening for a reason, also means a return to the awareness that, aside from ourselves, it is not on us to control or change anything or anyone.
Therefore, a return to trust is a return to peace and the self.
