Tonight on Whispers we welcome Norio Hayakawa who is organizing the Dulce Base: Fact or Fiction? conference and public forum coming up on March 29, 2009. Dulce Base is long rumored to exist in the UFO community. It is belived a U.S./alien joint biological laboratory and base exists a mile under the town’s Archuleta Mesa. We will discuss these rumors and other UFO issues tonight.
