High pressure will move off the New England Coast today,
as a warm front moves through with some clouds mixing with sunshine
and seasonable temperatures. The frontal boundary will stall north
of the region tonight, and then it will start drifting southward
from northern New England and northern New York with a disturbance
moving along it bringing chances for showers and isolated to
scattered thunderstorms. The unsettled weather continues into Monday
with the cold front and another upper level disturbance moving
through with humid conditions and more showers and thunderstorms.
Patchy fog before 7am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight
Partly cloudy, with a low around 57. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Sunday
A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. West wind 6 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
