Coats & Real Talk, were diving into the journey of Dr. Casey-Ann Collins,
DNP, FNP-BC, an award-winning, doctoral-prepared clinician, educator,
entrepreneur, and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15
years of experience in healthcare, including nearly a decade dedicated to
women's health. Although her clinical background spans dermatology, emergency
medicine, and primary care, she found her true calling in women's healtha
specialty that has become both her passion and her ministry. Renowned for her
compassionate approach to patient care, Dr. Collins has built a thriving
women's health practice in New York, where she is committed to ensuring every
patient feels seen, heard, educated, and empowered. She believes exceptional
healthcare begins with listening and is dedicated to delivering culturally
responsive, evidence-based care while addressing the healthcare disparities
that disproportionately impact Black women across the women's healthcare
continuum. Her mission is to ensure every woman receives equitable, respectful,
and high-quality care regardless of her background. Beyond the exam room, Dr.
Collins is a highly sought-after clinical preceptor and mentor who is
passionate about preparing the next generation of healthcare providers. She is
committed to teaching future clinicians the importance of combining clinical
excellence with empathy, cultural humility, and compassionate, patient-centered
Dr. Collins also serves on the Medical Advisory Board for
Her Fantasy Box, an innovative women's wellness company dedicated to advancing
intimate health through education, empowerment, and accessible wellness
solutions. In this leadership role, she helps bridge the gap between clinical
medicine and consumer wellness by providing evidence-based medical guidance,
shaping educational initiatives, and ensuring women have access to trusted,
science-backed health information. Her Fantasy Box has gained national recognition
through collaborations with and support from influential artists and cultural
icons, including Cardi B, Kehlani, and Teyana Taylor, among others.
As a proud woman of color, Dr. Collins is deeply committed
to advancing health equity and expanding access to quality healthcare for
underserved communities. Her dedication to service extends beyond the United
States through international medical mission work. Most recently, she traveled
to Ghana to provide women's health services and education to underserved
communities. Looking ahead, she hopes to bring those same efforts to her
hometown in Jamaica, helping expand access to compassionate, evidence-based women's
healthcare and creating a lasting impact for generations to come. Dr. Collins
is also the Founder and CEO of Cristal Clear Women's Care, a women's health
platform dedicated to empowering women through trusted health education,
advocacy, and preventive care. Guided by faith, compassion, and purpose, Dr.
Collins is building a legacy of serviceone that empowers women, mentors
future healthcare leaders, advances health equity, and inspires lasting change
for generations to come. She believes every woman deserves to feel seen, heard,
respected, educated, and empowered, and she has dedicated her life to making
