The White House has said there is now a “new era” in the Middle East region - in which more Gulf and Arab states could sign on to the Abraham Accords. White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt made the remarks in her weekly press briefing. She said Washington is now on a diplomatic path with Tehran - but that no meeting between the two has been set.
