Clipped from #95. Growing up in America its "tradition" that you kick your kid out of the house at 18 and throw them into the real world. After being able to talk to Jim about this topic we were able to look at the pros and cons of doing this. Forcing your kid out of the house at 18 forces them to adapt and hold themselves accountable. Is there a correlation between this and their being so many white CEO's and entrepreneurs? This is a really interesting topic that I plan on blowing up more in future podcasts.
