White supremacy so often takes on the chilling disguise of "wellness" and "spirituality".  My guest this week, Tatum Fjerstad, and I (both white cis women) have each had experiences in abusive, white-dominated "wellness" communities. In this episode, we break down some of the ways we both were harmed by, and caused harm, in these environments, and ponder the lessons we learned about survivorship, equity, and liberation.
