Listing things that makes a person themselves is something that helps a lot or so I had read on some random post on some weird names social media website while going down the rabbit hole of the internet while listening to songs I would recommend to all of yall to also list out what makes yall yall to yourselves in front of a mirror if yall ever feel down.
