The first time I wrote this this song was all about not knowing who I was without my husband, now I know who I am to God and the purpose he has for me. I'm eternally grateful for the freedom I feel... I don't have to feel voided. God is and has been the most consistent man in my life. This is only my first run... As I played it back I realized ways I could improve but I'm not going to beat myself up, not bad for a first try, this first run is without composition, but my friend who is the piano Man at my church is going to help me nail it to the board. My hope is to use this song to try out for "The Voice" on January 12th, 2023.
