Who am I and why the heck do I think I have the authority to have a podcast like this? My name is Jason, I have been a dedicated leader for nearly 7 years and a technical leader for a handful of years prior to that...and I have zero authority to do this. My goal isn't to be a guru or a know it all...my goal is to share my experiences in a variety of areas in leadership, pulling on my experiences throughout my career, not just as a leader.

The end goal of Lead From Here is to become a community of leaders, wanting to make a difference and support each others growth. I see the difference leadership can make in a company, family or community.
