Who am I to teach public speaking?

Are you struggling with the fear of public speaking even though you're generally confident as an experienced and knowledgeable professional or entrepreneur? Does your imposter syndrome kick in when all eyes are on you? Do you find it difficult to speak with authority and assertiveness in meetings and presentations? The reason I know the feeling so well is that I used to be terrified of public speaking myself. As a software engineer turned high-level manager turned entrepreneur, it took me years to finally overcome my public speaking fears. 

And I can tell you right now, it had nothing to do with common advice like pushing through fear or practicing endlessly. Instead, I developed genuine speaking confidence rather than "pretend" confidence, and I started coaching others on how to do the same.
