How much of our today is spent on problems of the past?

Are we approaching the situation in front of us now, solely based on what happened last time?

How much of our life-force is actively going towards our renewed Self?

Renewal doesn’t just happen in one event. It happens over time by thousands of micro-decisions, an acceptance of cycles and a desire for something better!

This week, after integrating some of the beautiful eclipse energies of last week, I explored how I sustained or blocked the energy of renewal within me.
