Who are you and what do you want?

What do you want out of life?  Do you know who you are anymore?  Are you living the life you want? Not the life social media or anyone else is telling you to live but the life you really want. Most of us are stressed, depressed, overwhelmed and tired. 
My goal is to help us change our focus from motivation to discipline. We need to get up, get out of our heads, stop complaining, stop comparing and stop competing.  Let's build a community of individuals fully embracing who we are by disciplining ourselves to listen, learn, engage and simplify our lives so we can live and enjoy our ideal life.
