The title of this episode doesn't necessarily go into depth on the topics I cover in today's episode it's just a name I think I might title my next book, not sure yet. Anyway, today I found myself going all over the place as it relates to the topic of identity. Finding out who you are, and what you like to do can all be really amazing ways to carve your future. You see, as James Clear simply puts it, every action you do that doesn't correlate directly with the type of person you'd like to become will in some way negatively affect you. You might find yourself really depressed and unsure of what to do, you may feel lost.
