In this crazy life we tend to lose focus of who we are and observe other people. And we start to mirror who they are and lose who we are.

Who are you mirroring

I decided to start a POD cast as a refection of my life experiences. I shared my journey through traumatic divorce and child abuse. I remember it being hard to share and questioning if I had done the right thing by sharing so much of my heart and pain. Then it happened, I remember a woman like me, emotionally breaking as she reveled to me " she could not stop thinking about my story" it made an impact on her life. She said that I should share my story with the world, because it was inspiring and motivating. I knew right then that my story needs to be told. So here I am.
