Do you remember the story of four men bringing a paralyzed man on a mat to Jesus? The crowds had stormed the home he was staying in, begging him to heal the sick and crippled. The four men could not get near Jesus to ask for healing for their friend, so they climbed on the roof of the house, dug a hole in it, and lowered the man down into the house next to our Lord.
