It's difficult to see Fascism on the rise. It's difficult to see people - from country leaders to "regular" people - justify and advocate for mass murder.

My head is exploding when the complete flattening of Gaza by an occupying force is presented anything else than what history, international law, and basic human decency in the end require: an extermination of a people. In broad daylight.

That heaviness is real, but this is where we have to do our best for it not to bring us into despair.
