Kristen was born and raised in Texas.  She comes from a large family of mostly girls!   She and her sister Bethany started the Girldefined Ministries approximately seven years ago!  

Kristen now married, ministers to women as a blogger, author, mentor, speaker, and podcaster.  She also runs Bible Studies in her home. 

Kristen and her sister have co- written 4 books together with another one soon to be published!
