Would you feel comfortable knowing that someone loved you if you didn’t know anything about that person? That might make you feel weird, or insecure. In this series, we are hoping to grow together in what we know about God, in order to anchor ourselves to His perfect love for us.
The Hebrew word for this week was shalom, which describes the peace of God. Maybe you’ve heard it used as a greeting, which is something like “peace be with you.” But that description doesn’t go deep enough. Peace is WHO God is; which means He’s not disorder, chaos, or confusion. True peace in our lives comes from trusting and resting in God!
