WHO EXACTLY UCC'S PUBLIC NOTICE IS DIRECTED TO?
On 7th September 2020, Uganda Communications Commission (UCC ) shared a public notice on social media titled, 'Reminder to providers of online data communication and broadcasting services to obtain Authorisation by 5th of October 2020.
