Strategic mentors collapse timelines, peers reflect truth, and your audience tells you what resonates if you listen well. Rhythm is a guide too—capacity, seasons, and burnout cues—and learning works best one source at a time, applied before you consume more. Throughout, I emphasize energetic ethics: request only “pure love,” protect your records and boundaries, and let guidance increase responsibility, not bypass it.
