Do you know who a Shepherd is and what he does? In many churches today, half of the congregation are referred to as Shepherds and yet they don't actually fit that description. Being in Church and inviting people to church does not make you a Shepherd! A Shepherd is the one who cares for the flock. According to Jeremiah 3:15, A Shepherd is one who feeds the people with the Knowledge of God and understanding. So before you call yourself a Shepherd, you must have these characteristics.
