Who is Jesus, where is Jesus? How mystery leads us to revelation

Listen Later

Epiphany means realisation or revelation — the 'Eureka moment' — and it is an ancient celebration of the time Jesus (probably a toddler by now) is worshipped as Lord and honoured by Gentile men of influence from afar. Jesus Christ was always going to be the spiritual light noticed by people far and wide, but this was a mystery until the Holy Spirit created a multicultural and classless church. The revelation of the Holy Spirit is not for one time of year, it is what Christians live by — God's word of reminder that His love for us is renewed every morning!
