However, what does it really take, how do you do it and what helps you stay the course? I have used my love for music as therapy to help me with life’s most challenging teaching moments. My songs are the keys to living my best life. It facilitates an organic energy, a Flow, that translates into a path by which I follow; the lyrics are the blueprint and the melodies my feelings.
