In this episode, Grace takes a look and an infamous string of murders that plagued New Orleans, Louisiana between 1991 and 1995.  Dubbed “The Storyville Slayer”, this predator lurked in red light districts, picking off sex workers and drug users from the street, strangling them, and dumping their bodies in canals, swamps, ditches, and piles of garbage in New Orleans and the surrounding areas.  And the most terrifying part of it all: his identity remains a mystery to this day.
