On this New Years Day, I want to help you look ahead at who you want to become this year. I share an exercise I’ve done for a few years that helps us explore our dreams and craft a vision of the woman we want to become in the next 12 months.

No limitations, just a full opportunity to claim where you want to see yourself by 2022. Through a set of intriguing questions, we get to give ourself some space for creativity.
