In Luke 24:44, Jesus tells His disciples that all Scripture points to Him. The Old Testament, consisting of the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms, reveals truths about Christ's birth, life, death, and resurrection. The Law, written approximately 4,000 years before Christ’s coming, contains the earliest prophecies of His birth.
Big Idea: The Child that was promised in ancient times has been born for you also. He is Jesus, who lives as your Victor, your Blessing, and your eternal King.
