Picture the scene. Jesus enters the Jerusalem riding on a donkey; the crowd is shouting Hosanna and lining his path with palm branches.

Excitement and hope filled the air, yet riding the currents of those emotions was the question, "Who is this man?"

It's not like the question hadn't already been answered. God made his identity clear at his baptism and at the transfiguration, "This is my Son in whom I am well pleased."

Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. The Son of the living God.

Knowing who Jesus is is not a trivial matter. Those who accept him for who he is will not perish but experience eternal life. The stakes are high.
