A plea for the purity and unity of the Church—let’s be the Body of Christ. We are chosen to be God’s treasured possession, and to represent Him, His message, His character, until He comes back.

Remember the grace of Jesus Christ.

Let’s read 2 Timothy 2:8-10 today, keeping in mind that we will endure difficulties and we will see the glory of God, which will make it all worthwhile. Our enemies are the world, the flesh, and the devil, not the person arguing with us.

Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, the offspring of David, as preached in my gospel, 9 for which I am suffering, bound with chains as a criminal. But the word of God is not bound! 10 Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
