The vivid pictures contained in the parable of the Wheat and the Weeds show us that there will be a day of reckoning, the great harvest. The enemy spreads his poisonous seeds in the secret of the night, but all will one day be revealed. Until then the Lord graciously delays the harvest to allow time to repent. Our greatest enemy though is ourself in not seeing the urgency of our spiritual need.
