Join Conor and Johnny this week as they discuss Liverpool and Ireland legend Ray Houghton. Born in Castlemilk, Glasgow, Houghton is undoubtedly one of the most impactful of the 'Granny Rule' generation under Jack Charlton. He played in European Championships and World Cups, was ever-present in the Irish set up from 1986 to 1997 and scored two of the most iconic Irish goals ever. Oh he also played over 700 league games in England for West Ham, Fulham, Oxford, Liverpool, Aston Villa and a host of other teams. We discuss wonderful stories such as Houghton stopping a mugging, supposedly being related to Chris Hughton and, there's even some poo related football chat.
