In this episode, I am joined by Courtney. An amazing student worker at GMU Career Services. She is very involved on campus and is the President of an organization on campus called "Chase Dreams Not Boys". Chase Dreams, Not Boys is a Women's Empowerment campaign geared towards fostering independent mindsets in young minority women as early as middle school.
