We are Back!!  First episode of 2024  I sat down with Tom Robinson.    Tom decided to begin his Jiu Jitsu journey in his 50s and is now a 3 stripe white belt, and has fallen in love with the martial art.  He trains regularly at Moreira's in Biddeford Maine while also dropping into numerous other gyms.   Toms other passions are his family the ocean and hunting particularly archery.
