Victoria Barrios was only 18 years old when she was the unintended victim of a shooting. She was murdered on August 30, 2019.

The Santa Ana Police Department is currently offering an up to $50,000 through their Homicide Reward Program, and the Justice for Victoria Barrios Campaign has added an additional $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for Victoria's death.
