In 2015 I woke up one morning and decided that I wanted to build a community of women living with ADHD.
So like any insecure people-pleaser I researched and wrote and hid behind my computer.
Part of me wanted to be noticed and wanted to build a business. But I also suffered with crippling anxiety, and an overall sense of inferiority. I really felt like I wasn’t qualified to work with individuals.
Producing content for this website has remained my passion. But over time my goals changed.
I’ve changed. I’ve worked on managing my emotions. And I've decided what I really love is building communities.
I don’t want to be a blogger – I want to create support groups, educational resources, and services for women with ADHD. The whole podcast thing was kind of a surprise.
***This is a previously recorded podcast but I decided it was still a decent introduction to me.***
