This sermon calls us to step into the years ahead with a greater expectation and anticipation of God's transformative power.

It does this by looking at the story of a woman who led a troubled life. She had been bleeding continuously for twelve years, was in great pain, most likely felt societal shame, and had lost all her money trying to fix this issue. 

Her transformation started with an inward desire that affirmed Jesus had the power to heal her. This led to her outward expression of pushing through the crowds to get a touch of him. The miraculous outcome her bleeding ceased immediately and her life was transformed in a moment. 

Lord, help us in the years ahead to imitate this woman's faithful expression of belief in the limitless power at your disposal to transform lives.
