Melchizedek has been a man of mystery throughout the ages. He was met by Abraham and was well known of the patriarchs and kings of Israel. There was something special about his priesthood that would point to a better High Priest and King that was promised to intercede and reign forever.

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)
