Who we are

RAGE is a podcast for women, by women, to help protect women. Kristen and Jen are here to help you learn how to protect yourself physically and mentally. Through discussions on confidence, fighting back, and using your energy to hard topics such as domestic violence and human trafficking, we want to cover it all. We talk about all the uncomfortable things so that you, our listeners, can be comfortable in your own space and bodies.
