  • Becoming Empowered with Chandni Côté-Shah

This episode of Who We Become is with Chandni, AKA Chan, who shares the path she walked to learn how to honor emotions in the body and allowing them to exist after putting trust in others who didn't deliver and how she came to realize how much she values leadership with integrity.

As an alpha projector in human design, Chan is making waves on Instagram and behind the scenes by guiding projectors to wake up to their gifts and embrace who they are without the shame.

Chan is a 4/6 emotional projector with the channels of the alpha, awakening, and recognition. She's the epitome of recognizing how feelings can bring us all awareness and an example of being herself regardless of who is around or what is happening. If you want to hear someone speak about making decisions when we doubt ourselves versus a place of empowerment, hit play. 🎧

  • No Mess, No Change

I'm baaaaaack! Wow have I missed recording!

My capacity and bandwidth has been fluctuating so I have a new way of podcasting now. I am using my portable clip on microphone and bringing you shorter solo episodes.

Guests episodes will be the same but this allows me to continue showing up and sharing experiences.

This episode of Who We Become is about how we can want transformation or change but without the process of doing and making mistakes to learn from, it's not likely to happen.

Plus, hear about my solo mini vacation in Honolulu where I had a beautiful time and got to explore the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Have you caught yourself wanting change but resistant to taking the action? Let me know by leaving a comment or reaching out on Instagram @whowebecomepodcast

Thank you for listening, it means the world!!

Shout out to all of you in other countries who have been listening! 💜

  • Podcast Guide Episode Example

This episode on the Who We Become podcast is an example episode for those who want to start a podcast and purchased my PDF guide on how to become a podcaster.

If I told you that you could learn how to start a podcast in less than hour, would you believe me?

After getting questions about podcasting and even supporting others 1:1 in their podcasting journeys I put together a 10 Step Guide on Becoming A Podcaster.

What makes this guide so special?

It removes a lot of guesswork so you can begin right away. The people who came to me before starting their podcasts were under the impression that they needed so many tools and state of the art equipment to get started. A podcast is only formed by a few components and I share what those are in the guide.

This PDF is more than 20 pages long of my experience turned into guidance and comes with a video tutorial where I show you how I record and publish an episode from start to finish.

If you listened to this episode or purchased the guide, thank you!

You can purchase the guide through here

  • Becoming Alive Again, 2 Years Later with Echelle McArthur

On this episode of the Who We Become podcast, I have a very special guest, who I served in the Air Force with, Echelle McArthur.

But the reason we are here today is her story of rebirth. She shares with us why she has two birthdays, and rightly so.

The way that Chelle was able to think so quickly on her feet is the very reason she is here to tell us about it. Today, May 13, 2026, marks two years that she was taken to the hospital.

Maybe you need a reminder that life is a gift, maybe you're a nurse and you forgot why you went into your field, maybe you have a family member who you've seen in the hospital for something life altering and haven't understood their perspective because you think they're fine...this is the episode that covers all of the above.

Chelle is the life of the party because she brings life to the every day things we often forget to be grateful for and I can't wait for you to hear her tell us her story.

If you feel called to reach out connect with Chelle about her story, her Instagram is @_chelleeeee__

If you would like to support her as a brand ambassador with Vital Fitness, with a mission to break the stigma around mental health and inspire healthy, active lifestyles, this is her link:

  • Becoming Unmuted with Erin Snow

On this episode of Who We Become, I have Erin Snow as my guest. This one hits home for me and if you've ever lived through moments that brought shame, guilt, grief, judgement or heaviness from your experiences, parenting, successes, marriage, divorce or losses, this is for you too.

Erin shares with me how she became a professional listener, a true holder of space to support others as they speak the words they need to release in complete neutrality.

Erin Snow is a Professional Listener and founder of The Unmuted Room, a first-of-its-kind confidential listening space for anyone carrying more than they can say out loud. She creates private, judgment-free sessions for people who need to speak the truths they can't share with friends, family, or coworkers — whether it's the messy, complicated stories, the quiet aching questions, or the thoughts they've been softening in every other room of their lives. Before founding The Unmuted Room, Erin spent 17 years as a trauma-informed legal advocate for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, becoming the first paralegal in New Hampshire allowed to represent clients directly in family court. That experience — combined with her own — taught her a profound truth: being truly heard is not a luxury. It is a necessity for anyone carrying more than they can say out loud. Erin's long-term vision is to make listening spaces as common as gyms and as understood as any other form of wellness. She is building something quietly transformative: a world where people are finally, truly heard.

  • Becoming La Glammed Jefa with Cynthia Flores Viles

In this episode of who we are through becoming and unbecoming, one of Texas' finest designers joins me in a conversation centered on turning our stories as women into conversation pieces that create a ripple effect of impact everywhere they're worn.

Cynthia is the founder and designer of Glammed Jefa, a bespoke hat design brand created for women who have walked through fire and still chose to rise. Her work is not trend-driven it is story-driven. Every piece she designs begins with a woman’s transformation story, and then translates that journey into a wearable reminder of her strength, resilience, and the season of life she is stepping into. Before becoming a designer, Cynthia was an educator and Spanish linguist, and her life has always been centered around voice, identity, and helping others see their potential. After losing both of her parents, she turned my grief into creation, and what began as healing became purpose. She discovered that when a woman sees herself in the mirror wearing something that reflects who she has become, it changes how she stands, how she walks, and how she sees herself.Glammed Jefa exists for the woman who leads with presence. Her mission is simple: to create pieces that remind women they are not invisible they are powerful, they are seen, and they have arrived.

If you'd like to collaborate with Cynthia for your very own Glammed Jefa hat, you can find her on Facebook and Instagram @GlammedJefa or email her at [email protected]
