The New England Patriots are playing in their fifth consecutive AFC Championship, and are looking to defend their Super Bowl 49 title. Peyton Manning could be playing in his last NFL game. The 39 year old quarterback has struggled with injuries the past two seasons but has a chance to return to the Super Bowl.
A winter blizzard is sweeping across the east coast, but it will be hot in Carolina on Sunday. The Carolina Panthers, led by MVP candidate Cam Newton, will host the Arizona Cardinals to see who represents the NFC.
