This episode addresses the outcome of the most recent UN-sponsored climate conference (COP28). While many are celebrating the phasedown of fossil fuels agreed to by almost 200 nations in attendance at the conference, others are decrying the fact that we did not get a phase-out. While agreement on a phase-down of fossil fuels is historic, weaknesses in the final draft give us cause for concern.
