Managing all the devices in your home can be frustrating. Each child has different needs and you don’t want to enable blanket restrictions for everyone.
Circle (http://thewiredhomeschool.com/circle), a small device that connects wirelessly to your network, can help you manage all the devices in your home.
This week, I’m joined by two other homeschooling dads and we discuss our experiences with Circle and how it has made managing a myriad of devices in our homes much easier.

What Is Circle?
Circle is a tool that helps parents stay informed about their kids’ online activities and limit screen time on every device in the home, including smart phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. Circle pairs with home Wi-Fi and gives parents the ability to filter content, set a bedtime for devices, and even completely pause the Internet. Each user’s profile and settings can be completely customized based on age and parents’ preferences. More information is available at Circle’s website (http://thewiredhomeschool.com/circle).
Meet the Other Dads
Jeff Hite is an IT professional by day and an Assistant Editor for Cast of Wonders (http://castofwonders.org), a young adult fiction podcast, by night. He has a large family and has been homeschooling for 14 years.
Krystof got dragged into all of this by Jeff. The two of them are in a homeschool group together.
