How often do we second-guess ourselves, hold back what we really want to say, or wait for permission when what we need is to trust our own voice?
In this episode we're joined by Karen Laos, Author, Podcast Host, and woman on a mission to silence self-doubt in 10 million by gibing them communication strategies to support them in getting there. Our conversation explores confidence, self-trust, and giving ourselves the freedom to show up as we are.
What might shift if we stopped waiting for permission and started trusting ourselves?
A conversation and invitation for us all to remind ourselves that our voice matters, our desires are worth expressing, and we don’t need to earn our place in the room.

What happens when the life we’ve built no longer feels aligned?
Welcome to Season 3! In this episode of the Whole Mom Podcast, we're joined by Natasha Joy Price, who spent 29 years working as a lawyer in the UK before navigating her own divorce, burnout, and spiritual awakening. A journey that led her toward energy healing, Reiki, and soul work.
We explore the power of self-trust through life’s transitions, what it means to listen to the wisdom within, and the fascinating world of past-life regression therapy and future-life progression.
This is a conversation about honoring the chapters that shape us, an invitation to be curious about what we cannot always explain, and trusting ourselves as we navigate our way forward.
Perhaps the next chapter begins when we finally give ourselves permission to listen to our intuition.

What if wholeness isn’t something we need to search for, rather it's something we remember, create, and learn to see?
In this episode of Whole Mom, we're joined by Kyle Leia Heyesen and Sarah Brokke for a beautiful conversation about intuition, creativity, and the practice of seeing our lives and ourselves from a new perspective.
Kyle, a mom, wife, poet, author, founder of Svälja Yoga, and teacher of Trauma-Conscious Yoga, and Sarah, a mother, wife, artist, and Director of the Art Program at the College of St. Scholastica, have co-created Irrevocable Wholeness, Kyle’s words brought to life through Sarah’s illustrations.
We explore paying attention to the quiet voice within us, expanding our lived experience through creativity, and what happens when we give ourselves permission to create, whether through writing, speaking, painting, or simply noticing.
Art is self-expression, an invitation...
to pay attention.
to see and feel.
Perhaps it's an opportunity to expand, to see the world differently, and we can begin to see ourselves differently too.
A conversation about intuition, creativity, motherhood, and the possibility that our wholeness was never something we needed to earn in the first place.

There are seasons in life when we realize we don't feel like ourselves any more.
Perhaps that’s not a problem to solve, and rather an invitation to pay attention, to connect within.
In this episode of Whole Mom, we're joined by Dr. Christina Kintop, a fourth-generation chiropractor, wife, mom, and host of The Healing Pause Podcast. Dr. Christina is passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, and our conversation goes beyond the physical changes of navigating these changes.
We reflect on transitions, Dr. Christina's own midlife awakening, what it means to live in alignment, and the importance of creating space to pause and listen to what’s happening within us.
This conversation is a loving, gentle reminder that these seasons of change can also be seasons of coming reconnecting with ourselves.
Dr. Christina also hosts the annual Women’s Symposium in Superior, WI, bringing together local experts to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause—not just to survive this season, but to thrive in it.
If you’re in a mid-life season of transition, this episode meets you right where you are.

What if midlife isn’t about figuring it all out, perhaps it's about remembering who we are and giving ourselves permission to live more fully?
In this conversation, we're joined by Marci Hawkinson, a mom, wife, career pivot-er, higher education professional, life coach, and host of Raising Bigs, the podcast she created with her kids.
We explore career and life changes, uncertainty, and those moments when you realize we may be living out of alignment with what matters most.
We share what it means to return to ourselves, remember what makes us feel truly alive, reconnect with the people we love, and give ourselves permission to take the next step, even when we don’t know exactly where it will lead.
A conversation about midlife, courage, connection, and living life to the fullest.

What happens when your kids get to interview you?
I decided to try an experiment with Max and Hannah: they could ask me anything they wanted to know about me, my life, and what happens behind the scenes.
And honestly…some of their questions surprised me.
It was funny, unexpected, and such a sweet reminder that our kids are getting to know us and growing alongside us too.
Our kids know us as their moms.
But how often do they get to know us?
Here is your invitation to come behind the scenes with us for a very different kind of Whole Mom conversation.

Join us for a new Whole Mom episode with Chelsea Piazza Willsey, a mom, wife, coach, author, and breast cancer survivor.
We explore what it can feel like to lose yourself in motherhood, and what happens when life gives you a reason to pause and ask, “Is this really the life I want?”
Chelsea bravely shares about her lived experience with breast cancer and the way facing our mortality can change how we see our lives, our work, and our legacy. We discuss following the passions that keep calling us, for Chelsea it was her love of Feng Shui, and navigating her career pivot from HR executive to her life long dream of becoming an Author.
Her memoir, Finding Chelsea, comes out in October 2026.
This conversation is about so much more than career change or finding yourself. It’s about giving ourselves permission to evolve, listening to what matters, and having the courage to take the next step, even when we’re afraid.
Finding your way back to yourself when life changes everything.
*A gentle edit: A human moment in this episode, when referring Chelsea's book designer, her name is Victoria not Virgina (oops!) Our apologies for the mix-up and thank you for your grace!

What if you don’t need to have the whole plan figured out before you take the next step?
This episode we're unpacking work, service and passion projects —not just what do I do?, but what kind of work actually lights me up?
We're exploring with the idea of a portfolio career and what it means to be a multi-passionate woman in a world that often tells us to pick one thing, find our calling, and stay in our lane.
What if our work and our lives are allowed to evolve?
In this episode of Whole Mom, we're tuning inwards to listen to our curiosity, paying attention to what energizes us, and giving ourselves permission to explore the parts of ourselves want to be expressed.
I also share a question from Brooke Castillo that has been surprisingly powerful for me:
“If you did know, what would the answer be?”
Because sometimes we’re not actually looking for the perfect answer. We’re looking for enough clarity to take one tiny step.
I’m sharing what this looks like for me right now, including a passion project I’m exploring alongside some soulful women business owners—and what it feels like to be willing to be in the beginning without needing to know exactly where something will lead.
We don’t need the whole plan.
Start with the question:
If I did know, what would the answer be?
And then take one tiny step toward it.
This episode is an invitation to be curious, trust what lights us up, and begin embodying the whole women that we already are.

What if motherhood isn’t about doing more, achieving more, or proving we’re enough?
In this episode of Whole Mom, let's reflect on Dolly Parton's life and what she teaches us about becoming fully ourselves and using what we’ve been given to make a difference.
As moms, we’re often taught to overgive. However, what if we’re not meant to live from depletion? What if we’re meant to rest, heal, create, receive, and return to our wholeness, then give from our overflow?
I’m also sharing the story behind a deeply personal chapter I wrote for an upcoming anthology, and why I’m starting to believe that our stories are meant to be shared.
This is a conversation about motherhood, identity, self-worth, burnout, purpose, healing, and legacy—and the shift from:
Proving → Being
Depletion → Overflow
Perfection → Wholeness
Maybe our life doesn’t need to be grander.
Maybe it needs to be more meaningful.
And maybe becoming more fully ourselves is one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids.
