You do not need money to start doing wholesaling. It does not require a lot of capital – you can start with minimal capital – but you do need to have some money to spend in order to start.

 

I often hear from people that they want to start wholesaling without money because they heard from a YouYube video or someone’s podcast that it is possible to get into it without having their own funds up front. That is why I decided to talk about this myth on my podcast, because you really do need at least some money to get started.
